CODE OF CONDUCT
The Association of Registrars of the Universities and Colleges of Canada is proud of its initiatives and is dedicated to providing a positive experience for all visitors and members of its website (“participants”). We expect all participants to show respect and courtesy toward one another at all times. To that end, all participants are required to agree with the following code of conduct which will be enforced. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Harassment includes any behaviour that threatens another person or group or produces an unsafe environment. It includes offensive verbal comments or non-verbal expressions related to gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religious beliefs, sexual or discriminatory images in public spaces (including online), deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
If a participant engages in harassing behaviour, the Association of Registrars of the Universities and Colleges of Canada or its designates may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the website or activities with no refund.
